Pack for a Purpose
The Hummingbird Panama is located on Bluff Beach, Isla Colon, the local Bluff school is a 10 minute walk from us. There are 19 students ages 6-13 years old who attend the school where there is one teacher and 1 classroom. Resources are very limited, basic supplies like pencils and paper are a luxury for many of the children. The children are eager to learn and the lack of school supplies, not to mention water, decent toilets and playground equipment sometimes make this difficult.
With our neighbors David and Sandra at Turtle Beach House, we will be providing much needed supplies for the school.
