Rooms & Reservations
Choose between one of our four Bungalow rooms or two Casa rooms. All rooms offer local, handcrafted king sized beds and furniture as well as beautiful views of the ocean and tropical gardens from their private deck or patio. The rooms are fully screened to keep the bugs out but the sea breezes coming in. A complimentary gourmet breakfast is served in the onsite rancho.
Complimentary WiFi is available throughout the property. The rooms do not contain telephones and are television-free, but do include, flashlight, umbrellas and hot water. The rooms are also non-smoking.

The Hummingbird is a small operation so cancellations affect us greatly.
- We require a 50% deposit for reservations and the balance is due 30 days before check in. If you would like to pay with cash, the credit charge will be refunded to your card upon payment at check in.
- If booking less than 30 days before arrival, we require full pre-payment and it is non-refundable.
- Reservations made for peak Holiday Times (Christmas / New Year’s / Easter) require 100% payment at the time of booking and are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
- Our rooms are for a maximum of 2 people only
- The property is not suitable for children, we have a minimum age limit of 14 years old.
- We are unable to accept pets at the property.
- All rooms are strictly smoke-free, a $250 room re-conditioning fee will apply to violations.
- A government hotel tax of 10% will be added to the total for your reservation.
- You are not confirmed until payment is received.
- If you cancel 30 days or less before your reservation, your payment is non refundable.
- No refunds or compensations will be offered for early departures.
- Please note, if you are making changes/amendments to your dates less than 30 days before arrival, you are still responsible for the full payment of your original committed dates, as it becomes harder for us to re-book the room on late notice.
- We are not responsible for the weather, flight delays, acts of nature or mistakes you may have made with your reserved dates/itinerary or flight schedules during your trip.
- We reserve the right to cancel a booking and refund the payments made at any time.
